Athlete Expectations:
1. Communication: A weekly check in sheet will be provided
that is the responsibility of the client to fill out on a set day.
It is the client’s responsibility to check in on the required
day, and the coach will not chase the client. Phone number
and email will be provided for constant 24/7 access to the coach.
2. Honesty: As a client it is your responsibility to be honest
with your coach about everything. If you are not following
the plan or have questions about it, this needs to be
communicated to the coach. Your coach’s job is to give you
honest feedback and to provide you with a program that will
help you reach your goals.
3. Effort: No one else can do the work for you, not even your
coach. It is your responsibility to be 100% committed to this
process in order for you to reach your goals. If more than 2
check ins are missed, the coach will no longer be required to
provide coaching services.
What to expect:
Initial Consultation:
- Goal setting – short term and long term
- Discuss health history
- Discuss past injuries
- Talk about daily schedule and future program
Rules & Policies:
- All sessions are paid up front
- NO refunds on sessions already purchased
- 24 hour cancellation policy - If you need to cancel it must be within 24 hours or you will lose that paid session if I'm unable to reschedule you within that week
- 30 day notice of ending training - If you are ending training with me please notify me 30 days prior or you will be charged for that following month
- Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp, ApplePay or Zelle accepted
- Online training options: month to month, 3 months, or 6 months commitment options
1 on 1 Personal Training

60 minute sessions at Operation Iron (810 Crossland Ave. Clarksville TN)
- 1 on 1 sessions include a customized workout and cardio plan specific for your goals.
* Paid up front packages:
- 1-4 sessions: $55 per session
- 5-12 sessions: $50 per session
- 13 or more sessions: $45 per session
Online Meal Plan OR Workout Program

- Option of a customized meal plan with macros included OR customized workout program with cardio regimen included

* 3 month commitment: $180 per month

1 on 1 Couples or Group Training of 2 or 3 Individuals
